Pension Retirement Online, PRO, Inc.  has provided quality retirement plan services since 1999. Bringing it’s daily record keeping platform and superior administrative services to the retirement plan community via the internet, the company quickly gained clients nationwide.

Combining forces in 2002, PENTEK Pension Services and Pension Retirement Online formed 401kDIRECT with a concentrated focus of providing cost effective, full service, retirement plan solutions to the small to mid size plan market.
