Plan Installation

During Plan Installation, 401kDIRECT will work directly with you and your client to ensure a smooth plan transition.  Each plan is assigned a conversion specialist who will coordinate the transition and be a single point of contact for you and your client.  We are sensitive to the relationship you have established with your client and you will always be apprised of any and all direct communication.
