In addition to your Investment Advisor, you will have one client relationship manager assigned to your plan giving you a single point of contact for ongoing plan management and all plan inquiries.

The Plan Sponsor, Investment Advisor, and the Plan Participants have 24×7×365 access to your Plan via the Plan’s secure internet access at www.401k-direct.com/login and automated voice response syetem. Additionally, you have access to your own 401kDIRECT client relationship manager via the 401kDIRECT support center.

The Plan Sponsor, the Investment Professional, and the Plan Participants are encouraged to contact your 401kDIRECT client relationship manager with any questions regarding the plan and to contact your Investment Advisor regarding investing in the plan.
